My name is Catilyn Devone and I’m the owner and lead coordinator of Catilyn Devone Weddings. We are based in Chattanooga Tennessee, and are willing to travel almost anywhere for your big day.

Planning a wedding can be stressful to say the least, but why should it be? Hiring a coordinator is like having a best-friend in the wedding industry and reaping all of the benefits; such as tips and tricks on saving money, getting the inside scoop on venues and vendors, and having your own personal wedding planning assistant to help keep things on track.

Whether you are in the early planning stages or just needing to fine-tune the last minute details, this will be a decision that will not only ease the planning process, but also allows you and those closest to you to enjoy your big day.

With more than 7 years in the industry, I’m thankful to have the opportunity to meet new couples and help plan the most important day of their lives. We plan weddings of all types including; elopements, micro- weddings, destination- weddings, large scale weddings, and religious unity ceremonies.

Services We Offer

Bronze Package

This Day-of planning package is designed for couples who have all of their wedding details planned and simply need someone to manage the wedding day. This package includes:

  • 2 planning meetings leading up to the wedding

  • 1 hour for wedding rehearsal

  • Create full wedding day timeline

  • 6 hr time slot for the wedding

Rose Gold Package 

This Month of planning package is specifically created for couples who have the majority of the planning done, but still need to fine-tune the little details. This package includes:

  • 4 planning meetings leading up to the wedding

  • 1 hour for wedding rehearsal

  • Create full wedding day timeline

  • Communicate with vendors

  • Oversee vendors on wedding day

  • 8 hr time slot for the wedding

  • Minimal decor set up

  • Gold Package

This full service planning package which allows us to be hands-on during the planning process. This includes:

  • Unlimited meetings leading up to the wedding

  • 1 hour for wedding rehearsal

  • Create full wedding day timeline

  • Communicate with vendors

  • Oversee vendors on wedding day

  • Full wedding vendor and detail planning

  • Outside meetings with vendors leading up to wedding day

  • Decor set up and tear down

  • 10 hr time slot for the wedding day

    * Package may be customized to fit specific event needs
